This tour firstly brings you to the Yolyn Am – Vulture valley gorge, famous Bayanzag – the land of discovered dinosaurs fossils by American explorer Roy Chapman Andrews in the 20th century, also climb to massive Khongor sand dune and ride Mongolian camels with camel herders. While you travel through vast desert, you may see Gobi birds, wild gazelles and wild ass. After travels through Gobi desert part, trip takes you to central part of the country, including Karakorum – Ancient capital of Genghis Khan in 13th century and visit at Erdenezuu first Buddhist monastery in central Mongolia region.

Itinerary:
Day 1. Tsagaan Suvarga – Natural Mud Formation.
Today we will travel to Tsagaan Suvarga – it looks similar to the famous Grand Canyon in the United States. This impressive legendary cliff is eroded by natural phenomenon and looks like many different shaped formations, its height is 60 meters and length is 400m. On the way, we visit at Dund Gobi city and have lunch, after lunch we continue our trip to the Tsagaan Suvarga. We will arrive at our site and can do an hour hiking around the cliffs. Transfer to tourist camp and stay overnight.
Day 2. Yolyn Am /Vulture valley/
Early in the morning, we travel through mysterious Gobi desert. On the way, we visit at Dalanzadgad city and visit at local museum of the Gobi desert and have lunch. After lunch, we travel to Yolyn-Am /Vulture Valley/ where locates in the Gurvan Saikhan Mountain national park, this gorge is best place for watching birds and hiking. We visit at gorge and try to see the wild animals. Afternoon, you are going to stay at tourist camp.
Day 3. Khongoryn Els /Sand Dune/
In the morning, we travel to famous Khongoryn Els – sand dune which lies 125km long and 200m high. It is also best highlights of the Gobi desert. We arrive at our camp and have lunch. Afternoon, we visit at camel herder family and will do camel riding into sand dune and late evening, we climb onto the sands. It is best place to see the sunset. Transfer to tourist camp.
Day 4. Bayanzag /Flaming Cliffs/
Today, we travel to Bayanzag, well known flaming cliffs. It is discovered by Roy Chapman Andrews in 1923. we arrive at tourist camp and lunch. Afternoon, we will visit at Flaming cliffs information center and visit at Flaming Cliffs area, where first nest of dinosaur eggs in the world had been found here. Best place to see the sunset in the desert. Stay overnight at tourist camp.
Day 5. Ongi Steppe.
In the morning, we will travel to Ongi vast steppe and we will arrive at Ongi temple, where locates on bank of beautiful Ongi river. Check in our camp and lunch. Afternoon, we walk to visit at ruined temple, which was built in the 17th century and destroyed by communism in 1937. Stay overnight at tourist camp.
Day 6. Karakorum /Ancient Capital of Mongolia/ & Folklore Band Performance.
We today travel to Karakorum, trip goes through open steppes and grassland. On the way, we will visit at nomadic family, get experience from their unique lifestyle. We arrive at Karakorum, which was a capital city of Mongolian Empire in 13th century. We will visit at local museum and surrounding area. Transfer to tourist camp. Evening, we will watch a local folklore band performance.
Day 7. ErdeneZuu Buddhist Monastery & Ulaanbaatar.
After breakfast, We will visit at ErdeneZuu Buddhist monastery which is first Buddhist monastery in Mongolia and listen to the monks chanting. Then we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar. On the way, we have lunch at local restaurant. In the evening, we will arrive at Ulaanbaatar capital and farewell dinner.
Day 8. Departure Day.
You are transferred to airport and farewell.
